Romanian Pastry Workshop

As the winter holidays are rapidly approaching, here at SEWA Experiences we decided to bring back the spirit of your childhood Christmas by inviting you to a unique workshop, meant to introduce you to the distinctive baking process of a traditionally Romanian baked good, called brânzoaică.

Dana Bărgăoanu, an expert in the culinary field, is willing to divulge all her secrets for creating these delectable pastries, while also providing insights into many other Romanian delicacies that are largely associated with the holiday season. Throughout the course of the workshop, the attendees will acquire manual skills in handling the dough, and they will be offered the necessary guidance in order to prepare this dessert even in their own kitchens.

The participants will be provided with all the necessary supplies. At the end of the experience, they will be able to share impressions regarding their confections, and they will also be given the written description of the recipe they just followed.
